SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

RETURN SUMMARY

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order (including weekends and public holidays)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • No restocking fee

  • No final sale items unless clearly stated

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability and order verification.

Once shipped, tracking details will be sent by email where available.

Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and courier service.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Once shipped, delivery addresses cannot be changed.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

5. RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Free from damage

Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete consumable products may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

No restocking fee applies.

6. REFUSED DELIVERIES / CUSTOMS RETURNS

If an order is refused, unclaimed, returned due to unpaid customs charges, or undeliverable because of incorrect address details, any refund may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping cost

  • Return shipping fees

  • Carrier handling fees

  • Payment processing fees where applicable

If total costs exceed the order value, no refund may be due.

7. REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–15 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery or returned parcels caused by incorrect address information.
